VIII, sec. 7 of the Constitution of the State of Alaska for portions of Denali State Park, Captain Cook State Recreation Area, Nancy Lake State Recreation Area, and Willow Creek State Recreation Area to allow leasing a right-of-way for a natural gas pipeline" was read the second time. Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 947. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 70(FIN) was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 70(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 70(FIN) "An Act relating to exceptions from designation as a special purpose site under art.
